February 12 - February 27, 2026:  Submit Your Meal Selection and Payment Form

All students attending this event must complete the Meal Selection and Payment Form below by February 27, 2026.

On the Meal Selection and Payment Form, you will be asked to select a meal preference for yourself and each of your guests. Please ask your guests their meal preference in advance of submitting this form.

MGM requires our final guest count by March 6; after this date, no changes can be made.

If Your Plans Change

If you or your guest(s) can no longer attend Match Day, please notify us immediately by completing the Regrets Form. No ticket refunds will be issued after March 6, except in extenuating circumstances or if a student does not match. No other exceptions will be made.

Important Information

• You may only purchase the number of guest tickets you have been approved to receive.

• Guest tickets may not be sold or transferred. Guests will be seated according to the original purchaser’s assignment.

• Tickets and seat assignments will be provided at check-in at MGM.

Ticket Pricing

• Students: Free

• Guests: $35.00 per person

• Children under age 10: $15.00 per child

• Pay by personal check or money order

  • Submit payments to the Office of Student Affairs, Suite 315 Mazurek

  • Make checks payable to Wayne State University

  • Place checks in an envelope labeled with your name and the number of tickets purchased
