Step 3. Reserve your table

Table reservations may be submitted after your meal selection and ticket payment have been completed.

Table Reservations and Seating
Your Class of 2026 Student Senate has prioritized seating with friends and family on Match Day and needs your help to make this a smooth process.

Table reservations will be accepted until Friday, February 27, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
If you do not reserve your seat(s) by this deadline, you will be assigned to a table.

Seating Guidelines

All seating is assigned on Match Day.
Each table accommodates 10 individuals total (students and guests combined).
Additional chairs cannot be added to tables.
Students must not switch tables on Match Day, as Match envelopes will be organized by table number.
All guest tickets must be paid for prior to submitting the table reservation form.

Completing the Table Reservation Form for Groups of Friends

Do your best to submit a complete table of 10.
Coordinate with your friends and designate one person as the Table Coordinator.
The Table Coordinator is responsible for submitting the table reservation request on behalf of the group.
On the table diagram, select the table for your party and enter each student’s first and last name.
For guests, list names in the following format: Student Last Name – Guest.

The combined total of students and guests must not exceed 10 per table.

Requesting Adjacent Tables

If you would like to sit next to another table of friends, we recommend that the same Table Coordinator submit that reservation as well. Please confirm with them that they have paid for their guests.

Incomplete Tables

If your group includes fewer than 10 individuals, you may still submit a table reservation.
Individual students with few guests, as well as students without guests, may add themselves to another group’s table to help create a complete table of 10.

Important Deadline

If you do not submit a table request form by February 27, you and your guests will be assigned to a table.
Changes cannot be made after this deadline.
