Parking and Event Access

Complimentary parking is available in the self-park garage.

Valet parking is also available for a rate of $25 per vehicle.

The MGM Grand Detroit Event Center is accessible via the escalators located to the right of the Hotel Lobby.
Important Note – Guests Under 21

Minors (under 21 years old) are not permitted to cross the casino floor to access the event space.

If you choose to self-park and are accompanied by minors, you must walk outside along 3rd Street and enter through the Hotel Entrance.

Alternatively, minors may be dropped off at the Hotel Valet entrance.
Directions from the Self-Park Garage

After entering the casino, proceed to the left.

Continue walking along the perimeter of the casino floor.

Exit the casino floor near TAP Restaurant, closest to the Hotel Lobby.

Take the escalators located between the Hotel Lobby and TAP Restaurant to reach the MGM Grand Detroit Event Center.
Directions from Hotel Valet

After entering the Hotel Lobby, take the escalators directly in view to reach the MGM Grand Detroit Event Center.
Recommendation

We highly recommend dropping guests off at the Hotel Valet entrance and then parking in the self-park garage.

The Event Center is closest to the valet entrance.
