Envelope Presenter information

The Match Day celebration for the Class of 2026 will be held in the Grand Ballroom at the MGM Grand Detroit Hotel on Friday, March 20.

This year, students are expected to arrive at MGM beginning at 9:30 a.m. They will be having breakfast with their families which will be served promptly at 10:00 a.m.

Due to a record number of student guest ticket requests (1,124), which exceeded the seating capacity of one of the largest ballrooms in Detroit, breakfast seating has been reserved for students and their families. Faculty are not expected to attend the breakfast and may plan to arrive afterward.

To support faculty and staff, a lunch buffet will be available at noon in the meeting rooms across the hall from the ballroom, where belongings may also be stored. After settling in, faculty are kindly asked to gather toward the back of the ballroom until the program begins.
