Name coach

We ask that all students record their name pronunciation using the Namecoach online portal.  Using this free online tool can greatly reduce the chance of name mispronunciation.

Please use this Namecoach link to record your name pronunciation.  The instructions are below:

• Enter your email address, then your first and last name as you would like it announced.
• Type in the phonetic spelling of your name.
• Enter your phone number and the system will call you and prompt you to record your name pronunciation.
• You can re-record your name as many times as you like until you are comfortable with how it sounds (be sure to speak slowly and clearly, with minimal background noise).

Once recorded and saved in the system, our reader can review and practice your name pronunciation so it can be read correctly at the Ceremony.

Even if your name appears easy to pronounce, we must still have every student record his/her name. 

Each student will have their name announced during the Ceremony.
