Table assignments
Submit your table request - February 19 – March 1, 2024
Your Class of 2024 Student Senate has prioritized seating with friends and family on Match Day and need your help with making this a smooth process! Table reservations will be accepted until Friday, March 1 at 5 p.m. If you do not have a table reservation submitted by then, you will be assigned to a table.
- All seats are assigned on Match Day and each table can accommodate 10 guests. (Additional chairs cannot be added!)
- It is imperative that students do NOT switch tables at Match Day because Match envelopes will be organized by table number.
- All guest tickets must be paid for prior to submitting the table request form.
- The final seating arrangement will not be produced until all forms have been collected so there is no advantage to submitting this form early.
- Communication is key here so please be sure to communicate effectively with your table to make sure that only one form is submitted per table!
Completing the request form:
Do your best to submit a complete table of 10. Talk with your friends and assign one person to be the Table Coordinator. This person will be responsible for submitting the request on behalf of the group. The form will ask the names of the students and their guest count, so please make sure that your student + guest total does not exceed 10. NOTE: Fasting and non-fasting guests cannot be seated at the same table. We cannot add chairs to the tables under any circumstances.
We highly recommend that if you would like to be next to another table of friends that the same Table Coordinator submit a second table request for that group also. We will sort all forms based on the Table Coordinator’s Name prior making the final seating arrangement so we know that the tables should be placed next to one another.
If you have less than 10 individuals in your party, you may submit a request form and we will pair you with another group to create tables of 10.
If you do not submit a table request form by March 1, you and your guests will be assigned to a table. Changes cannot be made after this date!
