Hailey Hartmann is a Wayne State University School of Medicine student dedicated to mentorship, student engagement, and community outreach. She chose Wayne State for its rich clinical environment and strong ties to the Detroit community, believing these experiences will help shape her into a well-rounded and compassionate physician.
As a Tour Coordinator for the Warrior M.D. Ambassadors, Hailey plays a key role in welcoming prospective students to campus and showcasing what makes Wayne State unique. She understands firsthand how overwhelming the medical school application process can be. She finds it incredibly rewarding to guide future students, answer their questions, and help them feel at home within the Warrior M.D. community.
In addition to her role as an Ambassador, Hailey is an active member of Art in Medicine and the World Health Student Organization, where she continues to explore her passions for creativity in medicine and global health. She values Wayne State’s collaborative and diverse student body, which supports one another and shares a deep enthusiasm for learning and patient care.
