Pre-Med Programming

Pre-medical undergraduate students are especially invited to attend the conference as part of a unique opportunity to learn more about health issues that affect urban children as well as to meet with Admissions officers from WSU School of Medicine. Pre-medical students will have the chance to chose a workshop of their choice in Session 1; and then participate in a Q&A workshop with Dr. Silas Norman, the Assistant Dean of Admissions in Session 2. We welcome all pre-medical students and hope that this will be a worthwhile learning experience for them as they pursue their pre-medical career.

Workshop 1:	Your Choice
Workshop 2:	Question and Answer Session with Dr. Silas Norman, Jr. Assistant Dean for Admissions
	Dr. Norman will lead a small panel of admissions officers, staff, and students as they answer your questions regarding the medical school admissions process and what you can do to prepare yourself for life as a student at Wayne State University's School of Medicine.
