The Office of Records and Registration is responsible for the maintenance and management of all academic records for students and alumni of Wayne State University School of Medicine.
Services include:
Registration, class scheduling, verification of student status for deferments, and transcripts.
The office keeps an up-to-date address list for students and is responsible for making legal and court ordered name changes to the official record. The office maintains the permanent record for every graduate and at his/her request provides transcripts verifications of degree conferred and other material needed for licensure and/or hospital staff appointments. USMLE applications are processed through the office as well. |
