The Records & Registration Office and the Student Organizations Office has
brochures from other medical schools for your use. Procedures for registering for an
"Away" clerkship are outlined in the Guideline section. Take your Year IV
elective request form (available in the Records & Registration Office and the Office
of Student Affairs) to the departmental chairperson or the designated person for their
