Intake & Triage

The CAT (Comprehensive Assessment and Triage) Program is the centralized point of Intake for new patients at UPC. A comprehensive series of questionnaires and psychological instruments are administered as well as a thorough interview in determining and evaluating which specialty program can best meet the needs of the client/consumer. For those who do not meet the specialty program criteria, an appropriate outside referral can be made. Dr. Richard Balon and Lisa O'Donnell, MSW provide services for this program.
