Current Research

Endothelin in the Central Nervous System and Regulation of Vasopressin  Secretion and Arterial Pressure (Support:  VA Merit Grant, Collaborators:  This work is  being carried out with the NOS dominant negative isoforms provided by Stephen Black, Ph.D.  at the University of Montana.)

Effects of Endogenous Angiotensin II on Baroreflex Function in Diabetic Rats (Support:  VA Research Enhancement Activity Program, Collaborators:  This work  is being carried out in conjunction with other REAP investigators including  Drs. Anjan Kowluru, Richard Miller and James Marsh at Wayne State University.)

Neural Control of Na Balance in Hypertension during Exercise  (Support:  NIH Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute), Collaborators:  This work is being  carried out in collaboration with Drs. Sabine Telemaque at the University of Arkansas and  Stephen M. Black at the University of Montana.)
