2nd Annual James C. Hazlett, Jr. Memorial Golf Outing

Bringing together students, faculty and alumni of the Wayne State University School of Medicine

Join your fellow students, alumni and faculty for the beginning of a new tradition at the School of Medicine. The goal of this event is to build and strengthen relationships between the SOM students, faculty, and alumni. Foursomes will be set up to group students with faculty and alumni whenever possible. Friends and family however are welcome. Please submit any desired grouping preferences with payments. Space will be limited to 120 golfers on a first come first serve basis. A banquet with barbeque will conclude the outing. Prizes will be awarded for best group, closest to pin and longest drive. There will also be a raffle of door prizes. We will play rain or shine. There will be no refunds.

When: May 6th, 2006 7:00am ‘til 1:00 pm Shotgun start @ 8:00am sharp, best ball format Luncheon at noon

Where: Warren Valley Golf Club 26116 Warren Dearborn Heights, MI 48127

Cost: 18 holes with golf carts, breakfast, and lunch included for $55 per person. Golf club rentals will be available. Non-golfers may attend with $10 cost for food. Golf club rentals will be available. Remember first come first serve, space is limited.
