Invitation to Provide Input for Dean's Search

Dear Faculty, Students and Staff,

Provost Nancy Barrett and the Search Committee for the Dean of the Wayne State University School of Medicine has selected the search firm of Witt/Keiffer (http://www.wittkieffer.com/education/) to assist with the dean search. Many of you may be familiar with Witt/Keiffer and Anne Zenzer, who will be the principal for the School of Medicine Dean search. Ms. Zenzer and her associate, Dr. Richard von Rueden, will be on site next week to interview Provost Nancy Barrett, members of the Search Committee and representatives of other key constituencies to generate the position description/specifications for Dean, Wayne State University School of Medicine.

Although several constituencies are represented by their colleagues serving on the Search Committee, time is reserved for members of the faculty, students and staff to meet with Ms. Zenzer and Dr. von Rueden to provide input and lend to the position description/specifications for the Dean Search. Please join us next Wednesday, January 19th from 4:30 PM - 5:45 PM in the Blue Auditorium in Scott Hall.
