WSU Medical Students to Host
Candidates for Governor
Candidates for the office of Governor of
Michigan will take part in a panel discussion at the Wayne State University
School of Medicine on Monday, April 29, from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The panel discussion will focus on “The
Executive Office’s Role in Health Care Delivery in Michigan.” Sponsored by the
medical student organization, Medicine and Political Action in the Community
(MPAC), the event is free and open to the public. >

With more than 1,000 medical students, the WSU
School of Medicine is the nation’s largest single-campus medical school and the
fourth largest overall. The school provides training for about sixty percent of
the area’s
physicians.
