Center's Leadership and Management Plan
The primary objectives of the Center is being administered and coordinated by a
management team comprising the Director (B.P. Jena), Co-Director (C. Manke),
Assistant Director (W.J. Cho), Program Coordinator, and appropriate supporting
staffs. The NBEC will be administered and
directed by the NBEC directors, who are being advised by an NBEC External
Advisory Board. The External Advisory Board (comprising 5 members) are will be
selected from outside of NBEC, and provide annual reviews on the Center’s
performance and help in providing new directions. The Co-Director and Assistant
Director are responsible for research, education, technology transfer,
collaboration and partnership. The Director overlooks all activities of the
Center and the respective programs. The Program Coordinator overlooks and
reports to the Director on all programs and associated administrative
activities. Additionally, the Program Coordinator is responsible for the
organization and coordination of international symposiums and seminars.
