Personal: In 1987, I married Pete Weber (I/M alum, 1985). Shortly after leaving Wayne State, I was working in the laboratory of Francis Collins at the University of Michigan. In 1989, Pete accepted an assistant professor position in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at Penn State University, so we moved to Pennsylavania. We moved back to Michigan in 1993, when Pete accepted an offer from Parke-Davis Pharmaceutical Research in Ann Arbor. Pete and I currently reside in Canton with our two children, Rebecca (age 14) and Brandon (age 10).
