Now it is my turn! I am continuing the work of Harley Tse by attempting to keep the whereabouts of us current. I say us, since I too am an alumnus of the Department (Ph.D., with Yi-chi Kong, 1991). I am now a Research Scientist in her lab, but in my spare time (Hah!), I will try and keep this part of the website current.

In order to keep the files in the Alumni Directories section current, please send me an email (jflynn@med.wayne.edu) whenever you change jobs. If something else of significance happens to you, such as getting married, birth of a child, getting your first grant, or becoming a member of CBS' "Survivor" reality show, I will put this in the Alumni Update section. Periodically, I will ask alumni to reflect back on their experiences here at Wayne State; you can find these in the Alumni Profiles section.

For this second issue, I have all of the sections up and running (however, one section, the alumni profile, does not contain new material, yet!). For those of you who have sent me information, I have not yet converted all the files into *.html files for the website. Therefore, your name may be listed, but a link will not exist. When your information has been moved to the website, I will create an active link. As for everybody else, when I receive more files, I will update the directories.

Addendum (July 16, 2004): For those of you who have sent me information, I should now have all the files converted into *.html files for the website. Therefore, your name should be listed as an active link. For those of you who have not yet sent in your information, I am slowly creating your file with whatever contact information I have. Please send further information so the directories can be as helpful and informative as possible. Those people listed without a link are people for whom I have no contact information. Any help in finding these people would be appreciated.

Addendum (July 30, 2004): All the names of people have now been entered into the directories. I have created active links for those of you for whom I have at least a mailing or email address. With some luck, perhaps you will send me more? Hopefully I have not missed any students; post-docs et al. will be entered as I gather their information.
