OEM Teacher of the Year - Selected by the Residents

At the end of each academic year the residents vote for the preceptor
or faculty member for the OEM Teacher
of the Year award. For the 2002-2003 academic year
the unanimous choice was Dr. Hikmet Jamil. As the
associate
residency director, Dr. Jamil has been tireless in his efforts to
improve and organize the residents' practicum
experience. Dr. Jamil has collaborated with the residents and preceptors
to assure an exceptional learning
experience, in addition to his own lecturing on various topics in
occupational and environmental medicine. Below
