Departmental Role

As a board certified Family Physician and a Clinician Educator, my contribution to the department is the education of a number of learners, such as medical students and residents. This process occurs both in the ambulatory clinic and the inpatient settings. I also serve as an academic advisor and research mentor to a number of these learners. Another minor role is the education of the Family Medicine and Public Health Sciences clinic staff. I am also engaged in direct patient care.
