Departmental Role

In the department I have two main roles. The first is as a core faculty of the MPH program. I co-teach the FPH7015 and FPH7020 biostatistics courses and I mentor MPH graduate students. My second primary role is providing statistical and methodological support to other faculty within the department and School of Medicine.

Primary Research Interests

Development and application of new statistical tools for modeling dose-response relationships, non-linear developmental changes and the estimation of critical points in these relationships.

Impact of alcohol, cocaine and other teratological substances on the fetus.

Use of simulation methods and meta-analysis.
