Departmental Role
My contribution has been directed at educating and consulting with
the faculty and staff in the Department of Family Medicine and Public Health Sciences
(DFMPHS),
Behavioral Field Research Core, as well as personnel in the Office
of Academic and Student Programs. With a background in evaluation/research,
I have assisted and educated faculty in the development of research
and evaluation methods and the application of statistical tests and
educational theory (psychometrics). My role as a medical educator
and Assistant Dean in the Office of Academic and Student Programs will continue to guide my scholarship in the area of medical education research and
community-based cancer education and educational theory.
