Departmental Role

My role in the department is to contribute to research and education in work-related and interpersonal violence, survey development and validation, quality of care, and the design and implementation of workplace-based intervention studies. I am currently PI for a research study on organizational climate, safety culture, and quality of care in nursing homes. I serve as faculty in the Master of Public Health (MPH) Program, where I am a member of both the Admission and Accreditation Committees. I also serve as academic advisor to MPH students.
