Osteomyelitis

Findings :

Low attenuation fluid collections are seen in the subdural space as well as just outside the calvarium, where there is prominent soft tissue swelling.

Bone window demonstrates erostion of the calvarium in this case of osteomyelitis with subdural and subgaleal infection
