Lucency below the right hemidiaphragm is seen,
highly suspicious for free air. Interposed colonic loops between
the diaphragm and liver (Chiladiti's Syndrome) can also give this
appearance.
The abdominal film on this patient more easily
demonstrates the massive free air present in the peritoneal cavity.
