Left Upper Lobe Pneumonia

PA and Lateral views of the chest demonstrate dense opacity throughout the left upper lobe with a prominent air bronchogram. Notice the posterior bulging of the upper portion of the major fissure on the lateral view, indicating an air-space filling process.
