GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE

Children’s Hospital of Michigan
(CHM) Research Committee
The Executive Committee of the
CHM Board of Trustees determines
membership on the
CHM
Research Committee. The
Committee is
the governance body that
oversees
the CRCM and the Committee’s
detailed functions are described
in its charter. The Committee
meets at least two times a
year but additional meetings can
be scheduled if needed.
Children's
Research Center of Michigan
(CRCM) Advisory Committee
The Advisory Committee’s
membership includes the CHM
President,
Pediatrician-in-Chief,
Surgeon-in-Chief, Chief of
Pediatric Imaging, Director of
Development, and CRCM Director,
Associate Director, and
Administrative Director for
Operations and Finance. The
Committee meets monthly to
advise the Director about CRCM
management issues.
CRCM
Management Team
The Management Team is comprised
of the CRCM Director, Associate
Director, Administrative
Director for Operations and
Finance, and a liaison from the
CHM Development Office. The
Management Team meets biweekly
to discuss day-to-day CRCM
operations.
