Medical Science Store is located at the dispensing window of Room
2330, Scott Hall. Medical Science Stores handles laboratory supplies
only. We do not supply equipment, instruments or chemicals and are
separate from:

Purchasing Procedure: Medical
Science Store requires a stamped and signed IRB (Internal Requisition
and Inter-Account Bill). Please notify us of any changes to Standing
IRB’s by fax, memo or e-mail.
Medical
Science Store can now accept cash purchases when prepaid through the
cashier’s office, Scott Hall.
When requesting supplies, have a REQUISITION FOR
STOCK OFFICE SUPPLIES FORM (108B) filled out - include IRB /account
number, catalog number, description, unit cost, and total to expedite
service. Sorry - we do not deliver.
