Reserve an MD lab

Multi-Discipline laboratories are available for use by faculty and students for activities outside of the medical student curriculum. While we will make every attempt to accommodate your request, scheduled medical student coursework and other academic sessions have priority. To reserve a room, print a copy of the MD Lab reservation form, complete and drop off in the Conjoint Teaching office, 2361 Scott Hall or the Laboratory Services office, 2330 Scott Hall. You will receive e-mail confirmation of your request within 24 hours of submission. Please note that occasionally there may be a last minute room changes. If this occurs, we will attempt to contact you as soon as possible. Additionally, a notice will be posted outside of your reserved room indicating the new location of your event.
