We offer a complete range of AV services that include:  setup, operation and maintenance of all audio visual equipment in the three lecture halls, the M-D labs, graduate classrooms, and various conference rooms and classrooms located in Scott Hall.  Temporary loan of AV equipment is available for medical school faculty and staff.

Equipment includes but is not limited to:

• Overhead projectors
• LCD data/video projectors
• Video player/monitor units
• Laptop computers

Now available - ClearOne Conferencing Phone Systems. No matter where participants are seated, conversations are natural and effortless.  If you need a portable conferencing phone system please contact the Audiovisual Department at for information and scheduling.

All AV equipment must be reserved separately from room reservations. To reserve equipment, please make your requests at least two weeks before it is needed.  Please send a typed memo to:
