Brain Biomechanics: Mathematical Modeling of Infantile Hydrocephalus | Posters A limited number of posters will be displayed throughout the meeting, including those from company engineers. Please visit these presentations during the breaks. Industry Representatives Scientists and other representatives from Aesculap, Codman and Medtronics will be in attendance. No formal product presentations will be given, but all attendees are encouraged to participate in the scientific discussions. STARS (Seeking Techniques Advancing Research on Shunts) The generosity of this remarkable parent and patient support group is most appreciated. Please take time to meet these dedicated people. |

| Program Description The Pediatric Neurosurgery Division of the Children’s Hospital of Michigan and the STARS support group are proud to present a symposium on Intracranial Pressure Control (ICP) and Treatment in Hydrocephalus. This two-day event promises to be highly technical, research oriented, and filled with provocative discussions from leading clinicians, biomedical engineers, and neuroscientists. Accreditation The Wayne State University School of Medicine designates this educational activity for a maximum of 13 hours in category 1 credit towards the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity. |
