Early Decision Plan
For students whose first choice of medical schools is Wayne State University School of Medicine,
we offer an Early Decision Plan. You must apply through AMCAS (American Medical College Application Service)
between June 1 and August 1 of 2007 for the 2008 entering class. You submit an application through AMCAS
at www.aamc.org. You will not be able to apply to any other school and
if you are accepted must attend Wayne State University School of Medicine.
To be considered qualified for the program, you must have:
- At least a 3.60 undergraduate GPA (as calculated by AMCAS)
- At least a 3.60 Science and Math GPA (as calculated by AMCAS)
- At least a 10 on each section of the MCAT
Interviews are scheduled in September and you will receive a decision
no later than October 1, 2007. |
