The Wayne State University School of Medicine held its Honors Recognition Program in September, 1999, to honor medical students with outstanding academic records.

Academic Achievement Awards were presented to the following medical students, who are considered the top performers in their class.

Laura Zwar, Felix Fernandez and Robert Cavagnol represent the Class of 2000.
